Salary and benefits offered

As well as being a people-oriented business, Kolossal offers competitive pay grades. Our salaries comply with Article 60 of the collective agreement of Quebec security agents. In addition, our agents benefit from bonuses, benefits and corporate rebates according to seniority and the client’s wishes.

Social involvement

Kolossal is proud to further its involvement in the community by organizing various fundraisers and sponsoring events year round. We believe in the recognition of causes that are close to our heart and respect our values.

The following are efforts in which we participated and/or organized::

• Collecting old agent uniforms and donating them to non-profit organizations to help the homeless;
• Support for associations working with children in hospitals;
• Distribution of Christmas baskets.

Every year, we make numerous donations and sponsor various causes. In 2009, nearly $8,000 was donated to:
